You’ll be instrumental in crafting precise budgets and maintaining strong supplier partnerships for our diverse portfolio of events. In this pivotal role, you’ll analyze complex event requirements and transform them into comprehensive cost estimates that balance our commitment to excellence with financial prudence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed cost breakdowns for all event components, from technical production to guest services
Build and nurture relationships with our supplier network to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with clients to understand their budget parameters and align expectations
Partner with Project Managers to ensure estimated costs reflect actual execution needs
Work alongside our design team to price creative concepts accurately
Present cost analyses and recommendations directly to the CEO
Your expertise will span multiple event elements, including:

Audio, visual, and lighting installations
Venue transformation and setup
Crowd flow management and security
Food and beverage services
Decor and staging
Staffing and operational logistics
