• Monitoring inventory levels and stock as needed.
• Managing the storage of inventory and materials
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to synchronize inventory level with demand forecasts,
• Maintaining materials availability using best procurement strategy (MRP / SBR / Direct Purchase / commonality & Stock sharing / Spares internal Manufacturing) to ensure timely availability of the material.
• Creating purchase requisition, Coordinates with HADEED Finance and Procurement to accelerate the procurement process to ensure timely availability of the material.
• Plan and execute the procurement requirement ( Budget / PM / MRP ) to ensure timely material availability and cost effectiveness .
• Engage with all stakeholders about Key Performance Indicators for better control of inventory level ( Turnover – Zero stock – Excess material – Dormant materials – Capitalization)
• Maintain Master Data Management to ensure data quality (Attribute values / Maintenance Parameters / Optimal Stock Level / Material linkage to equipment level) in alignment with master data management processes.
• Receiving the Technical Evaluations for assigned concerned areas and compares the enquiry quotations, to assist the plant engineers in selection of proper Manufacturer/Supplier/Vendors.
• Creating purchase requisition for Turnaround activity
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP.
• Monitor and report reservation efficiency to control reservations practices and total inventory value.
• Coordinating with Logistics and Warehouse for all material related issues to ensure delivers on time.
• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices using SAP
• Reducing stock outs and overstock situations.
• Control the inventory to avoid shortage of critical items.
• Create PR/RFB and follow up with Bayer till PO issue.

• Planning of activities related to the maintenance of fire protection ,detection & security systems.
• Creating Technical Data Object in SAP (Function Location, Equipment, Bill of Materials BOM, Maintenance Task List, and Maintenance Strategy).
• Releasing & scheduling Preventive Maintenance PM Order in SAP.
• Receiving Notification from end-user and create work order accordingly.
• Raising notifications for external jobs by other parties in SAP.
• Planning the Work Order as per the available resources.
• Material reservation for Maintenance Work Order in SAP.
• Requests required materials for non-stock & tracks history of spares.
• Searching material number in Master Data Record Manager (MDRM).
• Confirmation of Completed Work Order in SAP.
• Technically Completed PM Order in SAP (TECO).
• Planning & monitoring annual Budget.
• Initiation of Purchase Requisition PR materials & external services.
• Follow up Purchase Order PO with Procurement Department.
• Planning of activates in plant turnaround / shutdown.
• Planning & scheduling of manpower/man-hours for each maintenance activity.
