Successfully conducted 1st ever indigenous PDM (Phase Depot Maintenance of PC-Orion’s in Pakistan through proactive procurement planning and provisioning of spares for scheduled /unscheduled forecast of PDM within target timeline of 15 and 12 months accruing phenomenal net saving to Govt. Exchequer amounting to Rs 292.50 M approx. and Rs 351.00 M approx.

The Officer played a key role in seeking approval from the Competent Authority for the speedy disposal of 20,384-line items of Atlantic / Lynx spares as redundant / surplus.

 

Cannibalization of PN Alouettes Spares from Pak Army on Gratis

The Officer has acquired 18,264 x fast moving line items plus major components of PN Alouettes from Pak Army on gratis basis. The said acquisition has not only benefited PN in term of 24/07 operational readiness of PN Alouettes particularly, in the obsolescence era of these platforms but also with a substantial saving to the Government exchequer amounting to Rs 330.00 M approx.

·         Sourcing and provisioning of “Most Critical 39 x Bottleneck” items from PAF

Acquired Most Critical Bottleneck Spares from Pakistan Airforce (commonly used in C-130) for the indigenous completion of PDM of PC 80 Orions on loan basis and returned back in FIT, FORM & FUNCTION after successful sourcing /provisioning from OEMs as dues in.

·         Formulated Professional Guidebook for Start Forces Naval Strategic Force Command (HQ NSFC) & SPD(Strategic Planning Division) based on the Best Practices of Procurement and Supply (SCM)

Achieved letter of appreciation from SPD in year 2021, for authoring & dedicating a Professional Guidebook on Logistics and Procurement based on the best practices of worlds recognized accredited bodies i.e Charter Institute of Procurement & Supply CIPS UK, being Fellow of the said Institute as Chartered MCIPS / FCIPS.
