– Lead the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events, conferences, and seminars from concept to completion.
– Successfully manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and timeline management.
– Developing plans for clients and internal stakeholders, including project plans, resource management, and delivery timelines.
– Creating and refining the concept and theme of the project, starting from proposals and design versions, and incorporating client feedback.
– Participating in meetings with clients and contractors to discuss progress reports and time schedules.
– Assisting in project activities to ensure the design meets the employer’s criteria and required quality.
– Creating event floor plans based on clients’ requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
– Resolving project issues and deviations to ensure projects are executed as planned and managing event logistics.

– Assisting in the project activities of the design management to ensure the design meets employer’s criteria & required quality of overall scope.
– Coordinating & Supporting in providing contractors with clear and consistent direction regarding objectives, standards, schedules, and design delivery for the project.
– Ensuring that documentation is provided by the design team is of sufficient quality to meet construction program and schedule for the project.
– Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients and advising clients.
– Involved in the design of furniture pieces, material finishes and purchasing models.
– Ad hoc project management functions through project life cycles.
