Competent Project Planning with career of 10 year’s experience in Oracle’s Primavera P6 EPPM, Water

GEMS Hydraulic Modelling, GIS Software, AutoCAD, Construction Schedule with proper planning ,

Construction structural work, Drinking Water Pipeline, WTP, STP, Supervision, Site Activities, Field Operations

and maintenance of water network within the DMA water loss and achieved the NRW within 15%, Resource

Management.

❖ Operation and maintenance of water network flow measurement, leak deduction and repair to maintain the

NRW within the DMA areas to achieve the continuous maintain the pressure and flow within the DMA. Sewerage

Network, Pipeline, WTP, BBS preparation, Drawing preparation, Activity monitoring to ensure execution and

project delivery within defined cost and time parameters.

❖ Preparation for SIP (System Improve Plan) and presentation then approve the plan with Client, Review and

check the designCalculation with Client, PMC,DSC.

❖ Meeting with Local Councilor, Chairman, Mayor for describe all the project work and how to benefit our

society and how to save water for future.

❖ Weekly and monthly meeting with team members like Manager, Engineer, Supervisor, Vendor and Contractor

for smoothly work progress with proper safety and Quality.

❖ Prepare the work schedule of master planning & micro planning, program, monitoring progress, also material &

manpower planning. Finally, materials finalization & procurement for the site

❖ Resource and Material availability as per Project Plan, Preparation of BOQ, Planning of Material Procurement as

per Implementation plan, Preparation of DPR and MIS report, Progress Review periodically, Bill Preparation and

Certification from Client, Checking of Sub-contractor’s bill.

❖ Experienced in project planning, billing, costing estimate & contract management as well as project execution

from inception to handover.

❖ Resourceful in supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of

construction & coordinating for site management activities.

❖ Proficient in quantity surveying, coordinating, routine inspections of projects site, checking, approving, and

settling the bills.

❖ Good presentation skill in Client and Management Review Meeting.
