Professional Biography
I am a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 20 years of extensive experience in managing and delivering infrastructure and construction projects across Saudi Arabia and Egypt. My career has been dedicated to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and supervision of high-value projects, including water and wastewater networks, pumping stations, artificial lakes, flood protection systems, and residential developments.

Currently, I serve as a Planning Engineer within the Project Management Office (PMO) for the National Water Company (NWC) at its headquarters in Riyadh. I oversee one of the Kingdom’s largest water infrastructure initiatives—comprising 91 agreements with 42 contractors and 6 consultants—valued at 2.9 billion SAR. My role focuses on monitoring KPIs, budget control, tender preparation, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Project Description:
This project involves the management of the ESAL (House Connections) Program at NWC Headquarters. It includes 91 agreements with 42 contractors and 6 consulting firms distributed across the Kingdom, with an estimated value of 2.9 billion SAR.

Role & Responsibilities:
I am responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of contractors and ensuring that all projects are executed successfully, on schedule, within budget, and according to the required quality standards. My role includes providing technical guidance, facilitating effective communication, and fostering collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Preparing progress reports, budget reports, and analyzing performance results.

2.   Developing the technical supervision guide for the execution of house connections.

3.   Preparing tender documents for contractors and consultants.

4.   Reviewing and updating technical specifications for all future tender documents.
