● Excellent Knowledge of Pipeline (HDPE/PVC) Expertise in Fittings, Laying, Hydrotesting, DPR,Jointing, Interconnection, and Household Connections Ability to handle TPI (Third-Party Inspection),RFI (Request for Information), JMR (Joint Measurement Report) & any type of Valve fitting & Hydraulic equipment.

● Calibration of Testing Equipment and Production Machinery available in the shop floor such as Sun Simulator , Soldering Device , Hi – Pot Tester , Solar Laminator etc.

● Effective training and observation of manpower to achieve a well – organization sustainable manufacturing process and product to meet customer satisfaction.

● Verification of BOM items and electrical specifications with respect to Purchase Order ( P.O. ) to meet customer satisfaction and requirements . Lead customer audit or internal audit and pre shipment inspection for the customer.

● Responsible for internal and external documents which includes MIS reports , calibration reports , non – conforming reports , deviation reports and electrical data reports etc. Conducting Out of Box Audit ( OBA ) on Daily Basis as per our AQL .

● Process Audit to Ensure Machinery Efficiency by Performing Various Tests Such As Peel Test Of Solar Cell , Laminator Temperature Uniformity Test , Soldering Device Calibration , Sun Simulator or Calibration Test etc. Making Final test result ( FTR ) Report shift wise and reporting to management .

● Calculation of Cell to module loss ( CTM ) % on a daily basis .

● Making Usage decisions ( U.D ) in SAP for our products.
