 Ensure that the works are being carried out in accordance with contract requirements, drawings, method statement and ITP’s.
 Preparing work schedules for contractor to meet the deadlines of the project
 Checking the RFIs (Request for Inspection) against the work execution by the contractor
 Carry out quality control through inspections and snagging
 Designing, inspection, supervision, quality control, installation, testing and commissioning of all the electrical works according to client specifications, BS and IEC standards
 Attend meetings with the client and contractors to clarify all the queries related to the project
 Checking and verification of contractor bill for electrical works & recommendation to the Resident Engineer.
 Checking of installation, testing & commissioning for lightning protection system, lighting System, earthing system, fire alarm system, public address system, data system, telephone system, CCTV system, LT panels, Power Factor Improvement Panel & Distribution Boards.
