• Project establishment of Ain Khaled Cultural Center Cultural Center in Doha from its initial stages until its completion in an area of
250 000 m².
• Project to establish 7 service centers in the economic zones in the State of Qatar with more than 150 mediums to large sized plots
for the establishment of modern warehouse facilities and workshops and substation with high -voltage electric to serve the local
market.
• Project with the Public Works Authority of the State of Qatar and Kahrama to repair and restore the industrial area while
establishing a fiber optic network (RIP).

on the waterfront in Lusail.

I was one of the surveying team that monitored the construction of “Mukaynis Complex,” a low-cost residential city which is one of
The large workers’ housing projects in Qatar. It is in the Umm Ghuwailina region by Salwa Road, 15 km from the industrial area .
The total area of the project land is 994,567 square meters also added the area of 184,515 square meters for bus parking. Tot ally
it can accommodate 3,170 residential units in an area of 1.18 square kilometers. In the project we have an integrated service such as
a hypermarket with the area of 5,200 square meters beside it contains 4 buildings which includes 92 shops on the ground fl oor and
offices and clinics on the mezzanine and the first floors.

TYER WIND is an innovative Tunisian startup company which involves in wind energy R&D and wind energy converter development.

Studying the possibility of establishing the Aeolian Park for the Saphon Machine in the Matil and Sidi Daoud regions through designing
wind maps, topographic analysis, and analyzing the characteristics of wind energy and the effect of terrain on land content. Developer
of a bladeless wind turbine designed. The company’s technology is a Zero-Blade wind converter that follows a back-and-forth three-
dimensional knot motion and has a simple and unique design that is largely inspired by sailboat motion.
