Job role – Study and analysis of technical documentation on the project, development and preparation of necessary technical documents in accordance with the construction, sanitary and fire regulations of Turkmenistan.

Job role – Checkup submitted by subcontractor’s documents, acts as per standards, construction norms & Government requirements for payment of completed construction works as per contract

Job role – Work with the relevant ministries, departments for expertise of construction designs of the project, obtaining positive result conclusions.

Job role – Organization of the work of the department, distribution of construction projects submitted for examination between experts. Analysis of compliance with building codes and requirements and issuance of a consolidated expert opinion on the compliance of the submitted construction projects with the building codes and requirements of Turkmenistan

Job role – Responsible expert from company for obtaining all kind of License & Permits required for the Project.
• Supporting all Departments (HSSE, Construction, Logistics, Environment, Commissioning and others) to obtain all required permits for their activities, control and speed up with all Government Organizations

Job role – Work with relevant ministries and departments on the coordination of various types of required documentation for carrying out construction activities on the territory of Turkmenistan. development and preparation of payment certificates for completed construction and installation work, coordination with the customer of the volume of work performed and control of the payment procedure.

Job role – Supervision of all the construction activities implemented under the Ministry of Finance of Turkmenistan, including quality control of construction works
• Supervision of construction/erection works executed by the Ministry of Finance subcontract organizations
• Financial supervision of relevant departments, ministries and agencies implemented construction/erection works
• Financial analysis of the construction sites financed from the budget (divisions, ministries, departments attached to MOF)

Job role – Consideration of cost estimate documentation;
• Relevant paperwork development & preparation;
• Consideration & approval of documentation submitted by subcontractors for further financing;
• Member of the Committee on construction/erection works admission for the futher financing;
• Supervision of construction/erection works executing by subcontractors.
