Responsible for planning ahead and ensuring all required access and information is made available in a timely manner for efficient execution of works. Preparing and submitting Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Material Inspection Requests
(MIR) and Material Testing and Inspection Notification (MTIN) to consultant as per engineer request.
Preparing surveillance and non-conformation report (NCR) if required and also reviewing, updating and closing NCRs and SORs.
Executed civil work as per drawings, including block work, plaster, ceramic tiles, wall and floor marble cladding work, threshold works, vanity counter top, and granite fixing.
Handled painting of walls and ceiling, epoxy floor coating, intumescent fire protection, ceiling work, suspended ceiling, and gypsum ceiling.
Conducted daily architectural inspections and materials inspections for drywall partition first fix and second fix, gypsum walls, paintings, epoxy floor coatings, vinyl flooring, raised flooring.
