– Develop project charter, project plan and project schedule for smooth execution of project and manage project timelines, resources and budgets.
– Ensure timely procurement of HVAC & MEP equipment and materials, coordinating with suppliers and vendors to meet project deadlines.
2. System Design and Engineering:
– Assist in the design and layout of HVAC systems, including air distribution, heating, cooling, ventilation, and associated systems (ductwork, piping and controls).
– Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and system optimization based on project requirements, climate data, and energy efficiency goals.
– Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations during the design process.
– Assist designer to prepare technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts.
– Assist in the design and layout of MEP systems, including plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and building automation systems.
– Perform system calculations (e.g., load calculations, electrical demand analysis, plumbing flow, and pressure requirements) for MEP systems.
– Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.
3. Execution and Installation Support:
– Oversee the installation of HVAC & MEP systems, ensuring that installation processes align with design specifications and safety standards.
– Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation of HVAC & MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design drawings, building codes, and safety regulations.
– Provide technical support to contractors and installers, addressing any issues or challenges during installation.
– Conduct Factory acceptance test and Testing & Commissioning for HVAC & MEP equipment at site.
