Responsibilities:
Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or consultant, overseeing day-to-day site management, supervising, planning, and monitoring physical and financial progress, and generating reports. Ensuring the delivery of planned progress, and adherence to relevant procedures, including Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance & Control practices. Supervising resources for EPC and other design-build projects at the provincial level, tracking project progress, and compiling reports. communication with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team. Performing basic analysis of monitoring data, and developing reports. Providing technical and administrative support for field operations, negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices, and assisting in finalizing contracts under FIDIC. Monitoring and evaluating payments of bills & RARs in accordance with policy & contract terms.

Projects:
Five Towers Islamabad F-11. Aura Square F-11. CPEC 100 KM Motorway through National Highway and Motorway Authority.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to approved method statements, plans, drawings, and specifications. Collaborating with local authorities to ensure compliance with construction regulations and by-laws. Developing Material Requirement Plans (MRPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and reconciling materials. Creating work schedules, coordinating on resources and managing projects timelines. Procuring materials to ensure timely availability and monitoring project costs by tracking expenses, managing resources, and minimizing wastage. Documenting meeting records and preparing presentations.

Projects:
720 MW Roller Compacted Gravity Dam with 90m High Dam wall Karot Hydro Power Project Pakistan under CSAIL, IFC and CPEC Funding. Including roads, CSR Projects.
Responsibilities:
Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or Consultant. Overseeing the construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out as per the approved method statement, plans, drawings, & specifications. Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity at site. Developing and implementing quality standards. Carry out inspections along with Consultants rep, developing corrective actions and solutions. Meeting with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the quality system. Reviewing codes, specifications and processes as per the method statement. Liaison with Consultant’s rep, expediting the milestones. Delivering planned progress and efficiency in the area and ensuring that all the relevant procedures including Health Safety Environment (HSE) and Quality Assurance & Control practices are properly followed.
