. Conduct Regular Toolbox Talk (TBT) on various topics, including PTW, Fire Safety, CPR, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), SIMOP
• Prepare and maintain Task Hazard Analysis (THA)
• Monthly inspection maintenance and record keeping of Fire fighting equipment (Fire Extinguishing Cylinders, Trolleys, Water Hydrants,
Sand Buckets. Sprinkler systems). Development of Fire Risk Management System.
• Monitor wind direction with the help of a wind sock mounted on the Rooftop. Record direction on the sheet for every shift.
• Monitoring and issuance of Permit-to-Work and conducting training on Permit to Work system.
• Ensuring all safety precautions are compiled and checked before a work activity commences, all permits are available for work on-site,
and all safety precautions are taken.
• Supervise all high-risk activities(Demolition work, excavation work, welding, cutting, grinding).
• Establishing emergency procedures and evacuation plans (Floor lining, Safety Signs, Emergency lights. emergency exits, etc.) and
assisting in their implementation.
• Lead & Assist in accident investigations. Conduct follow-up on ‘near miss’ reports, unsafe acts, unsafe equipment, and unsafe conditions.
• Monitor First Aid Box, investigate record incidents & Accidents on a daily basis, and maintain its records.
• PAT tag Monitor scaffolding after erection through monitoring checklist.
• Conduct weekly joint safety audits with clients to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring compliance with safety standards

Establish and manage an emergency response personnel competency program in accordance with policy, international standards, and
statutory government regulations for volunteer emergency response teams.
• Design and conduct emergency exercises and drills based on potentially fatal incidents to enhance the effectiveness of emergency service
management.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspection of emergency tools and equipment, and manage equipment certification, calibration,
compliance inspections, and reporting to maintain 100% preparedness.
• Evaluation, regulation, and follow-up of daily work permits in light of Shan requirements, including the ones that are legal obligations
and fall within the scope of dangerous work.
• Conduct risk assessments and proactively manage, treat, and mitigate established risks.
• Implement various forms of checks and inspections (passive, reactive, and mitigation) in alignment with management requirements.
• Conduct high-risk activity training and competency assessments for workers and contractors.
