2021-23, Headed Project 3E – this is a project that focusses on the 3 core areas as follows:
Excellence in Service – Bakery, Dairy
Excellence in Visibility – Bakery, Dairy
Excellence in Customer Relations- Bakery, Dairy

Results – To improve Visibility, we have moved over 75 coolers to first in flow in the region and this has led to an increase in the market share. Project still on going and target to move over 200 coolers in the region to first in flow.
– Replaced old bakery stands and Trays in the shops.
– over 500 stands replaced and still going on.
– Increase our Bakery facing in the shops by enhancing a Planogram.
2020, Project Chill – I headed the project in Riyadh East region. This was a project to increase our space in the market and the objective was to gain more additional space in all customer channels.
Results –
o Project Chill Remote Unit we completed 409 units with 96% for the region.
o Project Chill additional fridge we have placed 184 fridges.
o 107 sweets shop opened to drive bakery volumes.
o 191 new retailer customers identified and started serving.
2019, Project member for POQ “Pre Order Quantity” led a successful roll out of the project and improved the sales process in Riyadh East Region.
2018, Project “Ramadan Adopt A store” – contributed to having an outstanding result in the month of Ramadan by enhancing the merchandising campaign in all key outlets.
2017, Area Restructuring – Headed the project to split the region into a sub region and managed to migrate 78 routes from Riyadh South to Riyadh East in one stretch.
