Scope of Work:
Develop complete infrastructure in Sumaysimah, encompassing roadways, surface water network,
foul sewerage, landscaping, Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE), and additional utilities to enhance existing
services
Role in the project:
Construction Project Engineer. Construction of all underground utilities (foul sewer, Storm Water,
Treated Sewage Effluent, Potable water, Telecommunication,) networks that is including all House
connections to the designed plots.
Responsibilities
• Lead the construction of comprehensive infrastructure, including roadways, sewerage, and
utilities.
• Manage project resources and activities to meet contractual deadlines and budget.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Plan, QHSE Policies, and IMS Procedures.
• Optimize use of manpower, equipment, and materials to prevent budget overrun

Scope of Work:
The project located at Umm Slal Mohammed and covers a total area of approximately 588
Hectares. The main objective of the project is to construct full infrastructure within the project area
including roads, surface water network, foul sewerage, landscaping, Treated Sewage Effluent
(TSE), and other utilities as required to complement the existing potable water, electricity, and
communication networks.
Role in the project:
Construction Project Engineer. Construction of all underground utilities (foul sewer, Storm Water,
Treated Sewage Effluent, Potable water, Telecommunication, irrigation) networks, Road Work as
well as landscape.
Responsibilities
• Organized and managed construction activities for roads, sewerage, and utilities.
• Implemented innovative methods like micro-tunneling and non-disturbance pipe laying.
• Coordinated with subcontractors for landscape and hardscape works and micro tunneling work.
Achievements:
• Completed 16 km of potable water network and 9 km of micro-tunneling.
• Executed 13 km of road works including 4 traffic signals and landscape development.

procurement, construction of existing and proposed Foul Sewer network inside Doha, As well as House
service connections as per latest QSDDM Including reinstatement and all restoration required.
Role in the project:
Site Engineer plans, controls, and monitors the actual execution of all works of the Project. This is
to ensure that the Project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings,
contract documents, specifications, and all applicable standards
Responsibilities:
• Planned and monitored execution of sewerage and surface water networks.
• Developed traffic diversion plans for safe and effective project execution.
Achievements:
• Successfully upgraded 10 km of foul sewer network with minimal disruption.
• Achieved all project deliverables and handed over networks to clients.
