My role also involved ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards by utilizing government portals such as Muqeem, Qiwa, and WPS for employee documentation and work permit management.

Additionally, I have overseen payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations, ensuring all activities align with company policies and labor laws. I also played an integral part in the creation and implementation of HR policies and the development of training programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.

In terms of administrative operations, I coordinated key internal and external meetings, facilitated travel arrangements, and ensured the timely preparation of various HR reports. I have also demonstrated my capacity to maintain accurate employee records and oversee critical processes, such as the issuance and renewal of Iqamas, final settlements, and employee terminations.
