Major Responsibilities: • Designing of mechanical equipment, based on the requirements of industrial clients. • Modification in running machinery, in order to enhance its overall efficiency and performance. • Selection of Pumps, mainly Vertical, Industrial, Residential Centrifugal and Booster Type for various Chemical lines, Treated and Untreated Water Lines, Wash water and Irrigation Services. • Major projects are as follows: o Chemical Drum Washing Machine for CHT Pakistan o Drainage system using used tires for Tyredrain Australia o Automatic Screw Machine for AB Pumps Pakistan o Fully Automatic Sewing Robot for Veer Pakistan (Adidas)

Project: Reverse Osmosis Water Desalination Plant and Sewage Treatment Plant, JEC, Jezan (60,000m3 for RO and 30,000 m3 for STP)
Major Responsibilities: • Responsible for the drawings review for DSP and STP with Designer. (Mustang/Wabag) • Responsible for the submission of MR’s (Material Requisition) and TBE’s (Technical Bid Evaluation) for Mechanical items conforming Inspection requirements, Saudi Aramco Quality and Material standards. Including Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), Carbon Steel and Galvanized, HDPE, CPVC, Stainless Steel 316/316L, Alloy 20, Super Duplex Stainless Steel. • Selection of Pumps, mainly Vertical, Industrial, Residential Centrifugal and Booster Type for various Chemical lines, Treated and Untreated Water Lines, Wash water and Irrigation Services. (ITT, KSB) • Selection and coordination of FRP Tanks for Chemical building of DSP and STP. (Wabag) • Coordination of Lime and PAC Silos with roof installed agitators and frame installed. (ALZAMIL) • Involve in the process of NMRs from Vendors and Release it for manufacturing. (Saudi Aramco) • Design coordination and Site Red Line Mark-ups for Construction activities • Reviewing of P&ID with GA and Layout drawings and highlighting if have any concerns. • Responsible for reviewing and answering to Site Technical Queries. • Familiar with the Industrial dimensional codes: ANSI B 16.20 and 16.21, ANSI B 16.5 and 16.9, ANSI B 31.3, AWWA C207-07

Project: Duba Green Solar Integrated Combined Cycle Power Plant 605 MW
Major Responsibilities: • Cooperation with site construction team and planning team to get material requirement plan and ensure the delivery according to required specification & parameters. • Review, calculate and maintain Min / Max inventory level, based on forecast usage & lead time. • Ensure optimum level of stock and use ABC, Ageing or Shelf Life Analysis to managing Inventory. • Organize and maintain computerized inventory in Microsoft Excel based and train to other staff. • Ensure all materials receiving are correct as per PO after visual inspection & confirmation of packing, sealing, coating, quantity, type, physical damage (if any) and identification mark. • Communicate with client representatives and attend project coordination, progress, quality and HSE Meetings. (SEC/Tractebel) • Generate MRR-Material Receiving Report and OS&D (Over, Short and Damage) Report, and follow with GE Material Manager for the balance deliveries. (GE) • Raise Inward Material Inspection Request along with relevant documents/MTCs and maintain IMIR Register. (Tractebel / GE) • Ensure proper Preservation/Storage and Stacking/Racking as per recommended storage classification / criteria by vendor to avoid any damage. (GE/Dosan/AIC/JC Macelroy) • Ensure all material kept at designated area separately and piping materials must be having color codes to prevent wrong issuance. • Issue material to Subcontractor upon receipt of approved Material Request / Issue Voucher and maintain record. • Co-ordination with TPI for inspection and keep up to date all tools & equipment with valid testing / calibration certificates along with history cards.

Project: Qurayat Simple Cycle Power Plant 300MW
Major Responsibilities: • Inspection of Siemens GT package Material with Client and Siemens representative (Siemens) • Installation and Placement of GT and GTG embedded parts. (Siemens) • Proper study, Analysis and Installation of 4 Gas Turbines SGT6-2000E Series (Siemens) • Installation of Skids such like Fuel Oil Selection Skid, Lube Oil Skid, Air Intake and Fin Fan Coolers (Siemens) • Installation of Air Compressor Systems and Piping (Atlas Copco) • Installation, Alignment and Commissioning of Alfa Laval Distillate and Crude Oil Pumps (Alfa Laval) • Installation and Commissioning of IPBD, SPBD and NSPBD (AZZ) • Installation and Commissioning of Black Start Diesel Generator (ALEXMAR/HHI) • Installation and Inspection BOP Piping • Testing and inspection activities for Distillate and Crude Oil piping systems • Hydro Testing and Flushing of Treated and Untreated ASL Pipe Lines (METSCO) • Collaborate with client and other discipline engineers to identify and resolve design issues • Organize work, reports and achieve progress to schedule specifications and technical calculations • To work at site with complete safety measurements • Familiar with the ASME codes: ASME B 31.3, 31.4, API-650 • Submitting Site mark ups to consultant for review and final approval.
