Looking into the day-to-day affairs of the 100MW solar power plant in Bahawalpur
Monitoring of KPIs such as Daily Generation, Performance Ratio, Soiling Loss, and Capacity Factor of 100MW solar power plant using SCADA system and instructing contractor about necessary action, resulting in achieving:
a)     Annual generation targets 02 months before the cut-off time every year and excess energy generation of up to 15% annually.

b)     The capacity factor of the plant increased by up to 2% over the target every year.

c)     The performance ratio increased by up to 4% over the annual target.

Part of the first team of the public sector of Pakistan that acquired and traded CERs. 190,000 CERs (Certified Emission Reductions) have been verified and acquired from Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) as per UNFCCC guidelines and requirements to date, and trading of these CERs through closed auction.
Part of 1st Team of the public sector companies of Pakistan that acquired and traded carbon credits.
Verifying monthly, quarterly, annual, and any other report deemed necessary by the O&M contractor and the consultant and preparing internal reports based on them to assess the performance and plan of action to improve O&M operations of the plant.
Procurements of Consultants in the light of PPRA 2014 rules of Punjab, Pakistan.
Communication and Coordination with government departments.
Supervising and Managing multiple Government-owned projects of Solar PV Solutions of Different Scales
Preparation of Feasibility Studies through Consultant.
Prequalification and hiring of Contractors and Consultants.
Monitoring the progress of all the projects and commission of projects through consultants.
