work Experience:
I worked in multiple nation and international companies where i performed my tasks in the Admin and support sector. i started my career as Asstt. Office manager where my main duties were to manage office records and supplies along with handling the guests and customers. i moved to UAE for the sake of expanding my experience and to give a jump to my package as well. there i worked for two companies the first one is a well known company in the field of Oil & Gas, named as ADNOC. For that company i worked as documents controller and my main tasks were to manage all project related documents. sending, receiving, printing, distributing, storing hard & soft copies of documents and answering emails. keeping a maintained connection between the client and consultant. making sure the smooth workflow of documentation between the stakeholders involved in the project. After spending a few years with ADNOC and upon finishing their project i switched to a local import export company in SHARJAH. where the main tasks were to participate in the online auction for bidding. Making invoices shipping matters and for auction companies. receiving the shipments, registering them in the local database system. tracking the records of the shipments on the way and that are available at yard. solving export and import matter with the clearance and companies and agents. handling the customs matters. staff leaves, medical and insurance matters. office supplies management.
after spending years in UAE I came to Saudi Arabia and joined Power china for the reject of desalination of water by reverse osmosis system. Here in this project i performed my duties as documents controller. Almost all the things were same as i did before in ADNOC but the main difference was that here in this project they were using a specific software for documentation purposes. i joined the project and started work to uploading documents on the software, downloading documents when there were needed. making logs of different documents like, SDRs, AS-Builds, MR, MIR, NCRs, IRNs, IRs. and many more. here i worked specially in the MEP department for recording documents.
after that i start working with CCC Consolidated construction company. my position in that company was documents controller and the responsibilities were almost the same as the previous the difference was use of a different EDMS to track, store, retrieve, and update the data. here i worked with subcontractor under the supervision of CCC company.
recently i am working for ANM Ar Riydah New mobility it is a CWG JV of LN/NESMA/WeBuild. the project is Riyadh metro project Line -3. here my main tasks are to uploading and Downloading different document that are related to the project. i am handling specific documents mainly related QA/QC MEP Deptt. In which i have to handle IRs, MRs, MIRs, NCRs, SDR, TWR, SORs, and a few more. along with this maintaing the local database system as well updating software. our communication medium with the PMC and Client is emailing. both type external and internal emailing systems are followed.
