• Aramco Contract dedicated representative (Elevating and Lifting Equipment Inspection Contract).
• Familiar with Saudi Aramco GIs and work instructions
• Overall responsible for maintaining the status of Saudi Aramco CIU accredited inspection agency Elevating & Lifting Equipment Inspection, and responsible for making corrective action against Saudi Aramco issued NCR.
• Prepare weekly Lifting Equipment inspection status report, two weeks ahead plan report, Saudization Report, IKTIVA report, and Inspection statistics report for submitting to Saudi Aramco. Prepare monthly activity report and submit it to the Operations Manager.
• Ensures the timely collection of customer feedback and attending customer complaints (if any).
• Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and issuing of blank Inspection reports and inspection stickers to Filed Supervisors and Inspectors.
• Monitor and document inspector’s performance relative to defined responsibilities, assigned duties, quality management system obligations, and overall behavior.
• Responsible for issuing Aramco invoices and uploaded in Aramco ECN System
• Understand project objective, contract schedules, company procedures, issuance of documents; help expedite client to meet purchase order requirements.
• Assign and mobilize Engineers to project site.
• Communicate effectively with project team and client, inform project lead of significant issues and changes impacting manhours, cost, or schedule.

Mechanical Equipment and System Inspection Engineer. Independent authorized Inspection Engineer. Responsible for the Design, Verification, performing Visual and Dimensional Inspection. Testing and Certification in accordance with the International Codes and Standards (ASME, BSI, ISO, Aramco G.I 7.030).

• Prepare and supply documentation as required within the contract.
• Participating in estimating the calculation of cost parameters, maintaining the project schedule by monitoring the progress of the project, coordinating activities, and solving problems.
• Engage and cultivate relationships with manufacturers and vendors to expedite production schedules.
