Experience
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE Plans, policies, procedures & standards that tailored and design to specific project requirements in accordance with current safety law and local regulations.
Conduct risk assessment and hazard analysis to identify potential hazards and risk associated with individual’s task and develop permanent control measures.
Ensure communication across all sections of the workforce by mass toolbox talk, hse meeting, safety campaign, bulletin boards safety posters, etc.
Advise the top management, engineers, supervisors and team leaders to ensure with the compliance of the hse laws, standards, local regulations, environmental law for obtaining necessary permits and required approval from the client or government authorities.
Conduct onsite random inspections for monitoring the sites HSE compliance, and implement immediate intervention to the workers on the unsafe act or unsafe condition on the area as an pro-active approach before the occurrence of accident. and report to top management to develop permanent preventive measures.
Lead the incident investigation, near misses and accident and develop permanent corrective measures to address the root cause to prevent the recurrence incident.
Maintain accurate statistics records, audit reports, training matrix as per the approved annual training plan, incident reports, safe man-hours, internal audits, and other certifications that timely report to the management, clients and govt.authorities.
Develop emergency response plan, procedures, and conduct rescue drill exercises to ensure that key personnel were able to perform their duties and respond effectively during emergency.
Implement measures in accordance to the approved environmental & waste management plan from the relevant government authorities to minimize the impact of project activities on the sustainable environment.
