Coordination B/W Client and Consultants, Providing Supporting Documents to Q.S Section for the preparation of IPCs.
Construction supervision of 384 multi storied residential Flats. Review the method statement of each activity submitted by the Contractor. Participated regularly in progress review meetings with Client and Contractor, Checking and Verification of Interim Payment Certificates submitted by Contractor. Closed coordination with Client and local administration regarding the resolution of issues. Performance of laboratory tests for ensuring of quality.
Design and construction of 11 number of schools in Mansehra district including famous Hassa Educational Complex at Balakot.
• Supervision of all the construction activities carried out at site as per design, drawings and project standard specifications.
• Supervision of different type of Lab tests i.e. Concrete Compressive strength, brick masonry tests, FDT, Sieves analysis of fine aggregates & Coarse aggregates etc. for quality control, Monitoring and managing the entire construction Activity of Netherland funded project in the earthquake affected area at Mansehra.

Siran canal system is the largest irrigation system in Mansehra District which was affected in 2005 earthquake. The project was re-constructed by JBIC Japan fund including a number of mega structures like:
• 2600 ft long Lower Siran Canal aqueduct.
• 1100 ft long Hathi Maira Aqueduct on Upper Siran Canal.
• 2 number diversion intakes for Upper and Lower Siran Canals System.
• 13 number diversion structures for Civil Canals.
• Siphons, aqueducts, drainage culverts, bridges on main and sub canals.
• Supervision of different type of Lab tests i.e. Concrete Compressive strength, brick masonry tests, FDT, Sieves analysis of fine aggregates & Coarse aggregates etc. for quality control, Monitoring and managing the entire construction Activity of JBIC Japan Bank project in the earthquake affected area at Mansehra.

HPP of 17 MW on Ranolia Nallah with weir, intake, sandtrap, channel, siphon, forebay, penstock, powerhouse, switchyard, 10-Km long 132-KV Transmission line and infrastructure facilities including colony and roads.
• Construction supervision and Monitoring of all components of project works including 10 KM Long 132 KV Double circuit Transmission Line and Interconnection with grid, Gantries foundations, Towers foundation and erection of towers, Switchyard, Cable tranches, Employer’s Colony, Powerhouse Complex (17 MW), Weir and intake structure, Gravel Trap and Sediment/Sand Traps, 2.5 km long Headrace Channel, Siphon with inlet and outlet Ponds, Forebay, Penstock, Tailrace Tunnel, Outlet Structure and 5 km access Road as per approved design and specifications.
• Review the method statement of each activity submitted by EPC Contractor.
• Monitoring Quality Control and Supervising of the Construction works executed by the EPC Contractor.
• Laboratory testing of the material and proposed remedial measures for improvement in the quality of work.
• Checking and Verification of Interim Payment Certificates submitted by Contractor.
• Identification of the quarry sites for construction material, testing of the aggregates / sand in standard laboratory and approval of the sites.

Construction supervision and Quality Control of all components of project works including 15 KM Long 132 KV Double circuit Transmission Line and Interconnection with grid, Gantries foundations, Towers foundation and erection of towers, Switchyard, Cable tranches, Employer’s Colony, Powerhouse Complex (10.2-MW), 60-M long RCC Bridge, Weir and intake structure, Gravel Trap and Sediment/Sand Traps, 1-KM long Headrace Channel, 2.9 KM long power tunnel, aqueduct, Coffer Dams, Surge tank, Penstock, Tailrace Tunnel and 2.5 km access Road as per approved design and specifications.

• Construction supervision and Monitoring of all ongoing components of the project, including Construction of Employer’s residential buildings, Reconstruction/rehabilitation of 59.275-KM existing Canal and their allied structures, 10-KM further extension in Canal, which includes excavation, lining, Construction of Syphon, Aqueducts and other allied structures and Construction of 1.101-KM long new Syphon to detour 12-Km long loop of the existing Canal to avoid seepage losses and reduce maintenance cost as per approved design and specifications.
• Review the Construction method statements of each activity submitted by Contractors.
• Monitoring Quality Control and Supervising of the Construction works executed by the Contractors.
• Participating regularly in the progress review meeting with Client, Contractor, local administration and other authorities.
• Checking and Verification of Interim Payment application and Price adjustment submitted by Contractor.
• Preparation of Variation orders, detail estimate for technical sanction, correspondence with stakeholders, preparation of monthly progress report and witnessing all laboratory tests.
• Leading a project team comprising of engineers, site inspectors, surveyors, laboratory technicians, and administrative/accounting staff.
• Coordination with the stake holders for successful implementation of the field activities.
