WORKING EXPERIENCE – TOTAL: 10.5 YRS IN OIL AND GAS FIELD

AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

➢ Receiving the work pack of Equipments like(PUMPS, MOTORS, HEAT EXCHANGERS, AIR FIN FAN

COOLER, PRESSURE VESSELS, COLUMNS, PIPING)

and ensure the availability of all required specifications, drawings & documents in the work pack

to carry out the job.

➢ Provide technical support to the operation and maintenance team and assist in the preparation

of operation and maintenance plans, schedules, materials and manpower estimates. Track work

progress and submit regular reports with recommendations on operation and maintenance

service contractor’s performances and compliances to O & M Superintendent.

➢ Supervises/Directs and Controls all Activity of Company/Contractor Personnel Working in

Mechanical Maintenance Division. Repair, modification and Installation of all Equipment’s Like

Pumps, Motors, Heat Exchanger with its all Types Shell and Tube, Fixed Tube, Floating Head,

kettle, and U-tube etc. Including Tanks and Pressure Vessel(Horizontal/Vertical Type), Piping

and structure Modification, in Field and Office Environments.

➢ Ensures that Jobs are Being Done in-line With all HSE Regulations. Commenting on Design

/Drawings/Specifications and Recommends for Improvements in Mechanical Maintenance Works

/Procedures/Standards. Supervises Mechanical Contract Work Including Tank Cleaning,

Repair/Catalyst Handling/Hydro blast, Chemical Cleaning/Hydro test, pneumatic Test and

Scaffolding Work etc.,
