Site maintenance engineer leader, for all firefighting facilities at KFAF Hospital.

Site Engineer, project coordination, and supervision of technical aspects in construction, firefighting, fire alarm systems, and HVAC.
Implementation and monitoring of all mechanical-related operations at the site as per approved drawings and as per site conditions.
Monitoring and performing personnel functions, such as supervision of subcontractors, technicians, and other engineers.
Controller by preparing requirements resources (materials, tools, manpower).
Commissioner of pre-handover, and post-handover of the project work.
