Engineer specializing in Rail Gear Manufacturing. Key responsibilities and achievements include:
Project Leadership: Lead Projects within the Young Development Program, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle
of Railway Gears.
International Project: Successfully completed a Six Sigma Green Belt Project focusing on efficiency
Improvement for a Milling Machine in Iasi Romania. Achieved notable enhancements in operational efficiency.
Product Engineer: A new role of Product Engineer for IGW Romania is assigned, I am primarily responsible for
overseeing the production and development of gear wheels, pinions, collars, and assemblies. This involves
collaborating with esteemed clients such as Atlas Copco, Ingersoll, FS Elliot, and others to ensure that our products
meet their specifications and expectations. My key responsibilities include:
▪ Product Development: Leading the design and development process for gear wheels, pinions, collars,
and assemblies. This includes conceptualizing designs, creating detailed process models, and quality
sheets to meet client requirements.
▪ CAD Modeling: Utilizing PTC Creo to create accurate and detailed 3D models of the parts, ensuring
precision and adherence to specifications. This involves translating client requirements into technical
designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and improvements.
▪ Process Drawings: Generating comprehensive process drawings to guide manufacturing processes.
These drawings detail the necessary steps and specifications for producing each component, ensuring
consistency and quality throughout the production cycle.
▪ Collaboration with Windchill: Leveraging Windchill to manage product lifecycle data and streamline
collaboration among team members. This includes organizing and sharing design files, tracking revisions,
and ensuring version control to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
