Duties/Responsibilities:
-Quantity Surveyor – Two Basement University Building, Shanto Mariam University (Uttara, Dhaka)-Prepared comprehensive BOQs, rate analyses, cost proposals, schedules for rebar, formwork, concrete, and membranes, and processed final billing packages from structural drawings (pile caps, mat foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear/retaining walls)—ensuring ~accuracy, approval of client engineer submissions, and material cost savings through strategic vendor negotiations
-BOQ making work according to drawing and specification such as Quotation making, Financial Proposal making, Rate analysis, Project cost analysis, Material searching etc.
-Estimating work according to drawing and specification such as Residential Building, Commercial building, Industrial building, Warehouse, Drain, Duct, Cable Terrence, Boundary wall, Cast in situ pile, Precast pile, Rigid pavement etc.
-Formwork estimating and checking work according to drawing and specification such as Steel shutter, Wooden Shutter, Plywood Shutter.
-Making Checklist of supporting documents and update them according to work done on site.
-Sub-contractor rate comparison, analysis & dealing with vendor companies.
-Estimate quantity & costs of materials and advise on a procurement strategy. Measure the approved shop drawings and calculate the quantities of materials to prepare IPC & sub-contractor payment.
-Billing and Bill checking for all kind of work such as client bill, sub-contractor bill Calculation of escalated amount for Price Adjustment in BOQ. Making the Variation Order (VO) cost proposal of the project.
-Coordinate construction activities and liaise with the client and other
construction professionals, such as Project manager, site managers and site engineers, QA/QC team, Security and HSE team
-Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and review the technical
documents from vendors/Sub-contractors.
-Collaboration with Survey, Engineering & Laboratory Department for Shop Drawing, Request for -Inspection (RFI), Level Sheet, Test Report & other documents preparation.
-Negotiate, hire and prepare document of contractors and sub-contractors and allocate work to -subcontractors. Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors.
-Work schedule making, Site requisition (Material requisition of site), Supply chain and procurement Management
-Team Leadership, Site supervision from head office, Report writing such as project progress report
-Invoice, Mushak 6.3, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & final account Payment of Sub-contractor works. Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors.

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), evaluation of interim and final account Payment of Sub-contractor works.
-Inspection of, Earthwork (Subgrade, Improved subgrade), Pavement (Sub base, Base Course) & other Structural work (Pile, Pile Cap, G.B, slab etc.) to make daily reports & monitor daily progress of the Project.
-Estimate quantity & costs of materials and advise on a procurement strategy.
-Collection & maintain support documents (RFI, Level Sheet, Rebar and Concrete cylinder Test Reports etc.)from Engineering, Survey & Laboratory Department by creating checklist for every component of the project to follow up it in daily basis.
-Visit construction sites monitor the progress and to check that the work is to budget.
-Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors.
-Formwork estimating and checking work according to drawing and specification such as Steel shutter, Wooden Shutter, Plywood Shutter.
-Site supervision such as Layout work, Earth excavation work, Shuttering work, Rebar work.

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Inspection of, Pile casting work, Pile Cap casting work, Pier Casting work, Rebar Skeletor check work, Earth Excavation work of pile cap, Sheet pile work for shoe protection of pile cap, R.C.C casting schedule making for pile cap, Pier Gutter work.
-Formwork estimating and checking work according to drawing and specification such as Steel shutter. Collection & maintain support documents (RFI, Level Sheet, Rebar and Concrete cylinder Test Reports etc.) from Engineering, Survey & Laboratory Department by creating checklist for every component of the project to follow up it in daily basis.
-Estimate making of pile casting, pile cap casting, pier casting, gutter casting materials such as Readymix quantity, Rebar Skeletor, bentonite, slump test, cylinder test etc. Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) of Sub-Contractor, evaluation of interim and final account Payment of Sub-contractor works. Prepare payments for subcontractors.
-Making daily reports & monitor daily progress of the Project.
