The Water Supply and Wastewater System of the Slatina Agglomeration & Beli Manastır Wastewater Treatment Plant Project EU Funded Projects – Project Control Manager
The works under the Project represent the largest segment of the Slatina Agglomeration project, which includes the construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of water and communal infrastructure in Slatina and seven suburbs. The project includes the construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of 62 kilometers of sewerage network, construction and reconstruction of 12 kilometers of water supply network, construction of preparation for 2071 house connection to the sewerage system, construction of four rain spills and 33 pumping stations. Also, a new water reservoir with a capacity of one thousand cubic meters will be built and preparations will be made for 989 house connections to the water supply network. The Project is FIDIC Red Book and financed by European Union FunFunding. Establish risk management protocol which includes identification, documentation, mitigation and tracking of potential risks on the project. In addition, determine potential cost and schedule / progress impacts of potential risks as they are identified.

  • Establish and manage project schedule development, review and update processes and to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overall master schedule.

The New Central Bank building would be situated on Heydar Aliyev Avenue, one of the top locations in Baku, close to three buildings have already completed by Tekfen Construction all, which received the most highly respected prizes of ‘Best Project’ and ‘Award of Merit’ listings in their respective categories from the ENR Global Best Project Awards organization: the Baku Olympic Stadium, the SOCAR Tower and the Azerbaijan Ministry of Taxes Tower. The project covered the construction of a new 37-storey building for the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. The turnkey project, which was for a tower 168 meters high on a site with a total area of 67,981 square meters, was due to be completed in 36 months.

This section stretches from Morogoro through Dodoma to Makutopora in Singida. The stations after Morogoro will be 8 No’s: Mkata, Kilosa, Kidete, Gulwe, Igunda, Dodoma, Bahi and Makutopora. Phase 2 of the Tanzania standard gauge railway (SGR) had been designed for passenger trains with speeds of 160km/h and freight trains with a top speed of 120km/h. The segment, LOT 2, has eight stations including a dry port at Ruvu. The contract involves the following.

Al Wakrah Stadium would be incorporated into the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar. The client is the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. Design, engineering, construction, testing, commissioning and completion of a 40,000-seat two-tiers FIFA compliant Stadium. The stadium had a tournament capacity of 40,000 spectators during the games and, by using modular best practice design, the number had reduced to 20,000 spectators for the legacy program in Qatar. Another significant element of the design project was the merging of cooling technology systems with climate-control requirements for renewable energy production.
My responsibilities in this project:
The project site has been divided into a two-parts pitch area and precinct-external works zone. As site manager for both the design & construction of the external works (375,000 m2) – public space that also contains VVIP/VIP/Hospitality level – of the project was designed & constructed with.
Two training fields cooled to 26 degrees with the above-mentioned integration of cooling-technology system,
Two indoor halls, Four tennis courts, Two basketball pitches,
Various sporting facilities, including a cycling and running track, horse riding areas and other green spaces.
Temporary Rest rooms all around the stadium, which will serve during 2022 FIFA World Cup and then these facilities will be removed by the time reducing 20,000 seats.
In addition, a community market (4000 m2), and community facilities, such as a mosque and scschool Also, a 10,000 sqm retail complex is planned & constructed.
Car Parks were designed and constructed in this level, which serve to full capacity of the stadium.
The pitch: The turf used for the playing surface was grown at the turf farm that was placed in external works area.
Including masterplan works, and retails, energy center, infrastructure, landscaping, utilities and asphalt road works, and concrete interlocking pavement lines within the site. Work also includes all MEP works and interface between the disciplines.
For the soon future as an extension of the design, there will be a four-star 150room hotel.

Doha Metro Track Works Project – 18.10.2015 – 17.08.2017 Site Manager
Doha Metro Track Work Project (250 Mn. USD) Responsible as Site Manager for the design and construction of 172 km (344 km rail installation) of the Doha Metro Track Work project. Within the scope of phase 1 of the Metro Doha project, four underground lines have been constructed.
The track system was designed as ballast-less track system STA (Slab Track Austria) including sections of mass-spring systems. The planning & execution of tracks has comprised eight (8) sections, such as tunnels, at-grade and bridges. In addition to the main tracks, turnout areas and the associated transition areas were established. As a basis for slab track design the existing alignment was revised and optimized.
