I am Mohamed Aafeer an experienced Sr.Cost Manager / Commercial Manager / Sr. Quantity Surveyor / Procurement. I have more than 11 years in GCC.

Experience as a Contracts Commercial / Procurement looking for Opportunities such as lead Contracts / Procurement, Commercial Manager. My self -Motivated attitude and smart working ability can be an add-on for the position I am very good at Quantity Surveying and planning software such as plan swift AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Ms Office 2019 Ms excel, Revit Architecture ,Primavera (P6), & Plain Swif10 & CostX, I would like to express my interest in a position as a pasting Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor & Estimator in your reputed firm. I have a good knowledge In Civil & MEP field. I have more than 11 years’ GCC Experience.

I have handful knowledge in various form of contracts and adequate awareness in prominent procurement arrangements including proven track record in commercial/contract and project/procurement management. Having worked with both pre and post contracts for various civil Engineering projects including Civil & MEP, Interior fit-out and special commercial purpose building projects.

Currently I have a notice period working at The Red Sea Development Company (KSA)  Transferable Iqama. I am available to immediately Join. Willing to relocate.
