Reporting and Assisting to Senior Resident Engineer.
Assist to Senior Quantity Surveyor in all matters relating to the financial and contractual
aspects of the project.
Participate, Record and Prepare the minutes of the Project Commercial progress meetings.
Advise the Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineers on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities based on CESMM3 and Payment Procedure
Manual issued by Authority (PWA).
Review, Evaluate and Recommend to the Authority for approval Payment Certificates of the Contractor in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract and the approved Contract
BOQ and Contract Scope of Work.

Preparing and submitting monthly progress claims.
Preparing and checking sub-contractor’s payment applications and Payment Certificate.
