Responsibilities: –
 Daily Reporting to MEP Manager regarding progress, materials, onsite issues, modifications in any.
 Review sub-contractor work Inspection and verification
 Meeting with PMC regarding Approvals and modifications if any
 Supervision of Mechanical System HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, swimming Pool & Treatment Plant
 To ensure that system meet the owner’s project retirement
 Site Inspections
 Review Engineering deliverables, QC certificates and Vendor documents
 Co-ordinate with execution team to ensure that construction meets building codes and standards
 Maintain Record of all equipment Installation/ Trouble shooting manuals and spares parts
 Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
 Review of Certificate of Calibration of gadgets and other measuring device
 Enlistment of Materials for testing and commissioning
 Maintain record of site observations and clearing the observations
 Maintain Records or closeout punch list and co-ordination with exaction team
 Preparation packages for all Mechanical systems pre-commissioning and Testing commissioning
 Maintain all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required able to lead for completion of job on time.
 Supports the Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical and electrical groups at site.
 Co-ordination and meeting with client representative and vendor for smooth working
 Manage the Quality Control & Quality Inspection and Testing.
 Manage safety at site and ensure Compliance to Health & Safety Standards
 Assists in the preparation of capital and operations budgets works in process to insure its completion within allotted time limits and for acceptable quality standards.

Responsibilities
 Create and assess project designs
 Perform engineering calculations with software, spreadsheets, and hand calculations
 Create and review mechanical design plans, models and details in Revit and AutoCAD
