Preparation of Process & Utility Equipment List.
Single phase line sizing and Two-phase line sizing.
Sizing of PSV – Relief Load Estimation, Inlet and Outlet Line Sizing.
To prepare and review Process Datasheet for Pump, Compressor, Control Valves, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger, Reboiler, Air Cooled Heat Exchanger,  Storage Tank, Pressure Vessel, Separators, Column.
Hydraulic calculations including Pump and Compressor circuits.
Instrument process data sheet (IPDS) preparation for Control valve, On-Off Valve and other measuring instruments including Flow, Level, Temperature and Pressure.
To Conduct 3D model (30%, 60%, 90%) reviews during the design stage.
To prepare, review and update Material Selection Diagram (MSD).
