Experience
Directly follows the supervisor’s instruction
Responsible for local operation, inspection, and supervision of the equipment in the appointed area with the directions from panel operator and shift supervisor.
To ensure that rotating equipment are running normally and properly lubricated.
Responsible for carrying out equipments normal operation, shut down, start up and emergency shut down from the field as per process card and prescribed plans.
Supervises the lab tester to ensure proper and safe sampling procedure.
inducts patrol inspections on time and performs extra inspections during abnormal circumstances.
Responsible for some routine maintenance (e.g. valves’ greasing, filters’ cleaning.etc).
Responsible for checking around the filed before and after handover.
Ensures that all assigned work is completed.
Directly follows the shift supervisor’s instructions.
– Responsible for the operation of the control panel within assigned unit(s) as per process card
and prescribed plans.
– Responsible for carrying out normal operation, shut down, start up and emergency shut down
of the assigned unit(s).
– Responsible for determining the need for repair and maintenance of equipments.
– Responsible to adjust and smoothly recover upsets and emergencies and respond to alarms.
– Responsible for checking around the post before and after handover.
– Responsible for issuing daily operation orders and instructions to field operators.
– Ensures that all assigned work is completed.
– Responsible for organizing/coordinating/conducting training sessions for assistant panel
operator/field operators and follow their career development.
– To associate field operator to do some field job if the field operator could not finish
independently.
– Authorized to shut down the plant during un-controllable emergency situations.
