ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post contract-
 Conducting post-contract quantity surveying activities including measurements, valuations, and variations.
 Reviewing contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
 Assisting in the preparation of interim Payment Application.
 Managing subcontractor accounts, including payments and variations.
 Analyzing project costs and identifying areas for cost savings or value engineering.

 Assess contractual letters, specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities to establish project scope and collect tender details.
 Create RFQ to gather contractor quotations and produce a comprehensive tender evaluation report.
 Perform quantity takeoffs for civil works and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) works.
 Ensure adequacy of details for tender preparation.
 Possess extensive experience in estimating project costs.

Post contract-
