I hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and have over 12 years of overall experience, 11 years working as a Quantity Surveyor for a leading contractors in Qatar and the UAE. I have worked on multiple Roads & Infrastructure projects, during which I have gained experience in various tasks such as preparing new rates, cost estimates, final as-builts, monthly valuations of works in progress, takeoff quantities, forecasting final costs, interim payment application, evaluation of subcontractor’s valuation and payment preparation, financial control of all payments to suppliers, material take-off for Roads & Infrastructure works, and other civil engineering projects.

The duties and responsibilities on the above projects can be summarized in the following:

·       Take off Quantities for Roads and Infrastructures Works including all utilities.

·       Preparation of monthly valuations of works in progress, including forecasting of final costs.
