1 .Monitoring completed work and preparing Interim Payments for contractors and suppliers including all Subcontractor Documents. 2 .Preparing on monthly basis the value of works executed on site and measureing changes in Contract cost. 3 .Negotiating the Contractor’s QSs and agreeing on measurements and pricing. 4 .Ensure contractor compliance with contractual terms and conditions. 5 .Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. 6 .Liaising and negotiating with other team members and preparing priced BOQs related to design, construction works, VOs, and cost estimates including estimates for alternative designs or materials. 7 .Reading and correlating specifications with design drawings. 8 .Procuring quotations for material and monitoring rate changes in the market. 9 .Negotiating the price statements submitted by the Contractor /Subcontractors in respect of any work carried out on a day work basis. 10 .Reporting progress cash flow for ongoing activities. 11 .Review and approve compliance and validity of contractor’s Insurance Policies, Company Guarantees, Performance Bonds, and relevant construction licenses. 12Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, Cost assessments, and other construction budget. 13 .Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required
