In my role overseeing solar energy projects, I am responsible for developing and managing detailed plans, schedules, and budgets to guide each project from inception through to completion. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and procurement, to coordinate efforts and ensure that all key milestones are achieved on time. My responsibilities also include conducting thorough site assessments to evaluate the technical and financial viability of potential solar projects, which informs strategic decision-making. I prepare comprehensive reports that cover project progress, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies, providing a clear overview of the project’s status and any potential issues. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols is a priority, as is maintaining proactive communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep them informed and address any concerns. I actively identify potential risks to the project and develop robust contingency plans to mitigate these risks. Additionally, I support the procurement process by reviewing and evaluating vendor proposals ensuring that we select the most suitable partners and resources to drive project success. My holistic approach ensures that projects are not only completed efficiently but also align with the highest standards of quality and safety.

In the Production Planning & Control Department, I develop and implement production plans that align with the ISO delivery schedule and reflect sales confirmations. My role involves organizing daily and monthly production activities while taking into account current work in process and finished goods to ensure timely shipments. I also strategically plan raw material procurement based on sales forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels and support uninterrupted production processes. This approach ensures that production goals are met efficiently while minimizing delays and excess inventory.

In my role, I supervise employees and oversee planning and directing tasks for floor staff to ensure smooth operations. I specify test methods and recommend efficiency tools to develop and validate effective packaging designs. Additionally, I analyze material properties to create reliable and efficient packaging solutions, which I present to the Plant Head for review and implementation. This comprehensive approach ensures that packaging designs meet quality standards and operational requirements while optimizing overall efficiency.
