Part of the JROX International FZC LLC, responsible for System and Network devices including
Software and Hardware deployment. Providing daily operations Support for Networking and
System services. My responsibilities include:
• Building, Configuring, Installing, Managing and Monitoring infrastructure-related
hardware and software
• Optimize Network Performance and Reliability Hard ware and Software , Analyzing
technical issues and ensuring availability of services
• Experience with specific hardware and software such Cisco systems, Microsoft Servers
and Palo Alto firewall.
• Connectivity of LAN/WAN devices and performance check.
• Configuring all LAN and WAN such as DHCP,DNS, NAT, RIP, OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP , VLAN,
VTP,HSRP,VRRP and GLBP
• Configuring Remote Access VPN, Site to Site VPN ,SSL/TLS VPN
• Monitoring Network and Systems devices by Open Source Monitoring tool Zabbix
• Worked on Windows Servers (all versions) administration and Hyper-V
Virtualization
• Installation and configuration of Active directory, Domain controllers, Dell
and HP Servers RAID Configuration.
• Servers Clustering and Backups Management
• Technical Documentation and related training processes.

Part of the team responsible for carrying out demonstrations, technical presentation,
competitive analysis and proof of concept (POC) of different products, also provide technical
support of pre sales and post sales. My responsibilities included:
• Carrying out different products demonstrations and proof of concepts
(POC) on demand of customer’s requests in existing network.
• Configuration and deployment of Parallel RAS (Virtualization of desktops,
Applications and Folders) for Local and Remote users.
• Deployment of Network Monitoring Application What’s Up Gold for Network and
System Device Monitoring and notifications of critical issues to IT Technical persons
• Configuration and Deployment of Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)
Solution, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and BYOD.
• Worked on Kaspersky and Avira Anti-Virus Servers implementation and deployment
of policies on client machines.
• Worked on Windows Servers 2012 R2, 2008 R2.
• Worked on patch management and windows security updates.
