• Awareness of HSE to Technical staff for the smooth operation of all utilities plant.
• Processing spare parts / inventory up to date control.
• Annual maintenance of all Utilities Electrical, HVAC & water System equipments with preparation of proper schedule, materials requirement data sheet and implementation of program.
• Planning to be made for future Control of Utilities Electrical & HVAC system and report generation.
• Environment Monitoring and control of all production rooms with proper log book entry.
• Issue of the Gate Pass of department related returnable items.
• Preparation of the Requisitions for the Equipments, Machines Parts and consumables materials of engineering.
• Preparation of Work Permit for contractor and in house job. HSE, Welding, Fire, Electric work on HT and Height etc.
• All Utilities Equipments log book record keeping.
• CAEX and OPEX control of department and capitalization.
• Ensure the smooth availability of energies to all production plants round the clock i.e. Water, Steam, Electricity, Gas, PW Water, Waste Water Plant, Communication, and Network.
• Beside above responsibilities any emergency assignment can be assigned by the department head.

• Successfully installed steam condensate recovery System
• Successfully installed VFD’s in all AHU’s
• Successfully installed and commissioned Oil Free Air Cooled Air Compressors with Desiccant Dryers and filters assemblies.
• Successfully installed and commissioned De-Ionization Plant.
• Successfully installed and commissioned Stability chambers.
• Successfully installed and commissioned Steam Generators 1ton & 2 ton.
• Optimize resources utilization, ensure work safety, continuous process improvement, Energy monitoring according to cGMP requirements.
• Conduct self-inspections and internal audits of all energy functions.
• Liaison with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure SOPs timely preparation and its implementation
• Trouble shooting & preventive maintenance of all the HVAC section including all the buildings on site and spare parts management.
