• Assist the Shift Engineer on plant site for smooth operation of two production lines having a total capacity of 3800TPD cement.
• Strong working grip on major sections of cement manufacturing process including raw material crushing & grinding, pyro- process, cement grinding & packing area.
• Troubleshooting of hammer crusher, ball mill, vertical roller mill, induced draft fan, kiln, and cooler and also managed workforce related problems.
• Coordinated with concerned department for smooth working of different auxiliary equipment’s including pumps, main drives, fans, and timely preventive maintenance of all these equipment’s to minimize stoppage.
• Managed all production related activities for maximum production in expense of minimum power consumption and energy utilization.
• Ensure availability, proper selection, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
• Conducted thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses at project sites, identifying potential safety hazards associated with Dewan Cement Limited systems and equipment installation, operation, and maintenance

• As a Process Engineer responsible for overall plant optimization by frequently measurement of operating parameters which includes flue gas analysis, dust monitoring, compressed air & flow’s measurement, as well as calculate heat & Mass balance for the pyro-process circuits.
• Worked on Specific heat and power consumption to optimize it.
• Monitored Process Control Loop or Interlocking to optimize the power consumption.
• Report to Deputy general Manager after observing the key problems & then informed to concerned department i.e. Production for the optimization of process.
• Performed Monthly Activities & any other task given by Seniors.
• Conducted risk assessments and hazard analyses
