About the Candidate

My Job Role is as follows:

1) Receiving and testing raw materials, intermediate products and finished products with GC, pH , Density amd Refractive index test, flash point test, olfactory and colour comparison tests of the products.

2) Maintaining record of Log sheets of samples receiving and making and sending test reports in time.

3)Testing compatability and stability of products accessories including bottle, pump,collar, shoulder, cap, print and coating quality and box at different temperature chambers.

4) Receiving and keeping up to date record of retention samples.

5) Testing suppliers sample of all accessories used in products.

6) Testing volume of new lot bottles.

7) Verifying artwork of the products (Stickers and boxes being used in the product.

8) Handling and checking of all lab equipments, troubleshooting and Calibrating them.

9) Fulfilment of all ISO documents.

10) To work as per ISO guidelines.

11) In process production QC experience from filling to packaging.
