. Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation .

.Conduct cost control and value engineering activities to optimize project costs.

. Review subcontractor and supplier documentation and performance

. Resolve contractual disputes and claims with contractors

. Prepare and present reports on project costs

. Prepare  Monthly & weekly progress reports
