Deployed in F100 Engine Shop (F-16 aircraft) to perform Intermediate level maintenance. I performed Maintenance: –

 Conducting routine inspections of aircraft engines to identify wear, damage or any signs of malfunction and diagnosing issues that require repair or replacement.
 Carefully disassembling engines and their components for inspection, repair or overhaul and reassembling them according to manufacturer specifications, SOPs & Technical Orders.
 Repairing or replacing damaged or worn engine components such as turbines, compressors, bearings and seals, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards
 Receive & Inspection of F100 Engine, Modules and Parts as per Technical Orders & SOPs.
 Proper lay out F100 Engine Hanger, marking signs, ventilation, Good House Keeping & Maintaining of working environment.
 Packing & Dispatch of Engines, Modules and Parts to concerned agencies as per guidelines provided.
 Troubleshooting problems, inspection & Rectification/ repair of defective parts consulting technical orders.
 Removal & installation of the parts/ components for easy access. Segregation of Fuel and oil components.
 Proper racking of removed parts in their sequence, Blanking & Tagging as a part of Good Housekeeping.
 Keeping detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs and inspections, including parts used, work performed and time spent on each task.
 Maintenance of Ground Support equipment, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, 6 Monthly & Yearly Inspections of GSE.
 Maintaining and repairing ground support equipment used in engine maintenance, such as hoists, jacks and power units.
