 Preparing Pre-qualification documents, in-charge of material submittals & sample for awarded projects.
 Interacting with Estimation, QS & Technical team for material approval submittals
 Reviewing project specification, BOQ, drawings & Structural Calculation and documents used for approvals and compliance with project requirement
 Liaising with material supplier & consultant representative for materials approval submittal
 Responsible for VMU & Site Mock Up Installation inspection prior to full production of project starting at site
 Maintaining and controlling accurate project QA/QC records throughout project lifecycle.
 Prepare Method of statements, ITP’s, NCR Closure in coordination with QA/QC manager (Main Contractor) and project engineers.
 Liaising with consultant representative for all material approval submittal QA/QC activities & meetings
 Responsible for all QA/QC activities, Inspections and Documentations in multiple projects effectively
 Management and control of works in accordance with approved design documentation.
 To conduct inspection for all incoming material & work installation as per approved ITP.
 To conduct inspection for Dossier, Snagging & final close out for all on-going activities of material installation.
 Monitor Quality control on activities and attending the client progress review meetings.
 Co-ordinate with Third parties and sub-contractors for various inspection & testing for ongoing site activities.
 Attending QCDD (Qatar Civil Defense Department) buildings approvals Inspection procedure
 Preparing O&MM (Operation & Maintains Manual) for completed project.

 Responsible for all QA/QC activities, Inspections and Documentation.
 Prepare Method of statements, ITP’s in coordination with QA/QC manager and project engineers.
 To conduct inspection for all incoming material.
 To conduct inspection for all on-going activities of material installation.
 Reviewing project specification, drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirement
 Checking and preparing QA/QC report and documents regarding inspections, materials and non-conformance report.
 Co-ordination with company representative. Regarding planning and design review.

 Supervising Projects: including in building, external contractors and sub-contractors
 Responsible for all QA/QC activities, Inspections
 Attending meetings and competently communicate with Consultant, Contractors
MEP team, Safety team and project engineer.
 Co-ordination with company representative. Regarding planning and design review.
 Monitor Quality control on activities and attending the client progress review meetings.
 To conduct inspection for all on-going activities of Work installation.
 Applying personal technical knowledge and experience to the development and
delivery of technical training for supervisor and foremen.
 Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
 Maintenance of daily records and weekly, monthly progress report.
