Currently, I am serving as an Operation & Maintenance Engineer at Shams Power, where I manage six solar PV plants with a combined capacity of 9 MW. My role includes real-time system monitoring, performance analysis, root cause troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. I’ve also led safety protocols under ISO 45001, conducted infrared thermography, and managed compliance with utility regulations.

Previously, as a Project Engineer at DESCON Engineering, I was actively involved in construction supervision, drawing verification, vendor coordination, QA/QC inspections, and project documentation. My responsibilities also extended to HSE compliance and client coordination, which has helped me develop strong communication and team leadership skills.
