Safety Management/Safety Policies
• Initiate processes/systems that ensures that Health, Safety and Environmental policies and company procedures are
effectively communicated across all levels including roles and responsibilities.
• Initiate effective liaison across all departments and ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with approve

Workplace Safety Management
• Coordinating and administrating the conduct of Project Emergency Drills and Contingency Plans and Procedures
including Fire, Fall Rescue, Spillage, Medical, Confined space, and Accident drill and other unforeseen circumstances.
• Spearheading the reporting and investigation of incidents, including near misses and at-risk observations as well as
assisting in the tracking of resolutions and ensuring appropriate closeout of open items resulting from observations or
investigations.
• Review reports, feedback and inputs made by Contractors/Group Companies to ensure aligned and timely support for
any HSE related matter.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regional and international legislations and associated codes of practices and endeavor
to improve on the performance standards being specified by adopting risk-based approach in carrying out work activities
and operations on site.
• Accessing and managing associated risks across the project to ensure that risks are reduced to as low as reasonably
practicable (ALARP).
• Attend pre-job briefings, safety meetings, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
• Monitor Contractor work activities and conduct regular site HSE inspections to identify hazards and proffer corrective
actions in lieu with their activities.
