Field Production Facility of Oil & Gas plant. Republic of Sudan.
Crude Oil Production of this plant is 30,000 BBL/D.
Position:- Production Field Operation Foreman (Shift-in-Charge)
The operation of Crude Oil & Gas is with 7 individual flow line receivers and 11 Oil Gathering Manifold-OGM (Total 118 wells) through Production & Test headers with Multiphase Flow Meters (Agar-Venezuela) and Pig receiving facilities.
The crude oil treatment is carried out in two trains with 1st stage (High Pres.) and 2nd stage (Low Pres.) separators to achieve 10% BS&W and Continuous flare system is monitored for Gas letting operation. Inter-Phase separation effectively monitored.
