As an experienced leader in HR, government relations, support services, facilities management and procurement, I have a diverse skill set that enables me to lead a team to provide administrative support to manage and execute the overall day-to-day operations, as well as extensive experience in company formation, post-formation services, cost reduction and driving team success in high-pressure work environments.
Experience
· Oversee day-to-day HR operations and set operational goals and objectives for the HR department that align with the company’s overall business strategy. Create new HR policies and procedures and oversee their implementation while ensuring the integrity of internal HR data, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and measuring performance against defined KPIs.
· Establish and manage the HR department budget by monitoring expenses and managing talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
· Leader of government relations operations and follow-up on the performance of daily business, including monitoring, interpreting and reviewing government legislation and regulations, keeping up with the latest regulatory trends, communicating with government officials and documenting strong relationships with them, managing regulatory compliance, and defending the company’s interests. · Facility management: Managed all aspects of facilities, including buildings, offices, and branches, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards through effective maintenance, repairs, and utility management.
· Procurement: Identified company requirements, conducted market research, requested information and quotations from suppliers, negotiated agreements, issued purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO), received orders, cleared invoices, and managed long-term supplier relationships.
· Manpower Affairs: Handled two key functions related to workforce management. Ensured the onboarding of the workforce with all required legal documentation, and managed workforce personnel functions.

· Leader of Human Resources Operations and Government Relations and General Supervisor of following up on daily business performance including monitoring and setting operational objectives in line with the company’s overall business strategy and ensuring their implementation as needed and ensuring the integrity of internal HR data and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
