·         Result-oriented professional with 12 years of extensive experience in Piping, Construction Management, Project Management, HSE and People Management in various projects such as: Oil Refinery, Petrochemical, Gas Plant & Power Plant.

·         Currently working as Piping Engineer with GS Engineering & Construction.

·         Acted as the Technical Advisor in construction/commissioning activities and during asset operations.

·         Worked on projects involving estimation of the required manpower months, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), manpower mobilization, equipment mobilization, cash- flow statements, floating enquiries to sub-contractor and so on.

·         Developed pipe routing & support planning, nozzle orientation, pipe rack loading data, Material Take Off (MTO), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), design calculations, datasheets & steam tracing activities.

·         Extensive experience in construction and inspection, with a deep understanding of isometric drawings, Piping General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).

·         Conducted line checking, punch-listing, as-built drawings, and the fabrication and installation of piping, steam boiler tubing, and storage tanks, including welding.

·         Resolved technical issues in the field, ensuring the achievement of assigned goals and fulfillment of project quality requirements and contractual obligations.

·         Prepared test packages, performed hydro testing, reinstatement, mechanical clearance (MC), and pre-commissioning works.

·         Well-versed in international codes and standards, including ASTM (A53, A106, A333 Gr1, 6, A312, TP304, 316L, A335 P11, 22, 91) and ASME (B31.1, B31.2, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, B31.9).

·         Familiar with underground (U/G) and above-ground (A/G) piping, RTR, GRP, GRE, FRP piping, pipelines, piping materials/firefighting standards, identification codes, piping layouts, and standard piping supports.

·         Expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT) examination requirements.
