I have completed my technical education from Lahore Pakistan. Since then I have been in the field holding different positions in different countries (i-e Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia); a list of which could be found in my Resume Holding more than 21 years of technical experience in construction field.

I am a dynamic Graduate civil Engineer with multitasking highly skilled in managing teams of engineers and technicians of on large scale projects and experience in construction of  pipe line, storm water / flood draining system pumping stations, sewerage networks, roads and highways underground utility services and infrastructure projects.

My expertise includes quality control, site supervision, shop drawing reviews, RFIs, MIRs, NCRs, BOQ, and as built drawing BOQs for project as international stranded implementation WRT project requirements.

Selected Projects Involvement

Housing Societies Development Projects with Al-Qiswer Builder and Developer Real Esetate Contracting Company, Project includes All Infrastructural works and Building Construction.

Position: – Sr. QA/QC Engineer.

Duration: – June 2021 to Oct 2024

Duties and Responsibilities: –

·        joined the project when the excavations work was in progress and I stayed on job till the project was handed over to Client and tenants occupied some part of the project.

·        Main Responsibilities I includes but not limited to ensure Quality on site, by managing site inspections team (Infrastructure, Civil and architectural).

·        Gain awareness of all safety policies and procedures. Have control of recognized hazards to achieve and acceptable level of risks .

·        To assist QA/QC Manager and the Consultant representative at the time of pre pouring inspection as per the Contract Specification.

·        To attend QQ/QC meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Review and approve documentation reports, contractor audits and other official reports to keep as final records.

·       Responsible in supervising and monitoring of all piling activities like layout of piling, drilling, and steel cage insertion by Verifying type, grade, and visual conformity of reinforcing steel with approved plans and acceptable quality standards.

·       Concrete pouring as per approved grade and slum values.

·       Supervision of pile testing inspection such as pile head breaking, pile head treatment, and Static Load Test, Dynamic Test and Pile Integrity Test as per approved method statement.

·       Supervision of all activities of the Road, RCC work, finishing works such as installation of Curb stone, Interlocks, ceramics cat eyes, Painting, Road marking.

·       Ensuring all NCR’s is closed within the agreed duration and internal auditing of Project with regards to QC activities on site.

Project Name:  Zahid Business Park. Lulu Madina Road Jeddah

Client:-               Zahid Group.

Type of Project:

Project Management, Construction Management and Supervision of Corporate Headquarters & Business Park. The Zahid Business Park is a mixed-use development which will house the headquarters of the Zahid Group as well as their many subsidiaries including Caterpillar and Zahid Tractor. The Business Park encompasses 120 acres of land with a build-out of over 1,600,000 SF of space. The park contains high-rise Class A office towers, industrial warehousing and manufacturing, research and laboratories, housing, vocational training center, water filtration plant and sewage plant. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Maintained Project documentation through scheduled status reports, charts and progress of contract schedules and records. Maintained record information on project drawings; incorporates change orders; created punch lists; check lists, and snag lists.

·        Immediately report to Project Manager Non-conformances of Quality Norms against Project Specifications and ensuring that all NCR’s and Violations are closed within the agreed duration. Ensure Quality Plan and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Plan are implemented. Responding to Request for Information (RFI) submitted by the contractor. Position: Civil QA / QC Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        Supervises the test which includes Field Density Test (FDT), MC-1, Bitumen Extraction & Gradation, RC-2, Asphalt Core, Marshall Stability and Tests of Concrete in independence laboratories and at site according to specifications and accepted practices.

·        Responsible in supervising and monitoring of all piling activities like layout of piling , drilling, and steel cage insertion by Verifying type, grade and visual conformity of reinforcing steel with approved plans and acceptable quality standards.

·        Coordinate all Inspections, monitor the required tests, record inspections, test made as the Contract Plan and Contract Specification.

Type of Project: It consists of the construction of an integrated Commercial complex including 6 floor underground car parking, Arabesque Souk.

Position: QA/QC Inspector

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities include pre-pouring, during pouring and post pouring inspection of RCC structures i.e. Multistory Car parking, three story Souk and perimeter wall. I was involved in all inspection activities like inspection of piles cut of level, piles master flow application, steel reinforcement, Formwork, finishing works and block work. Other duties involved maintaining the record of QA/QC documents. In addition, perform the following duties.

·        Work as a Construction Site inspector does implement good quality of work in the above-mentioned projects. Put into execution of work as per with approved shop drawing / method of statement including its specification. Analyzed the plan and/or if even some changes needed to be done to improve its outcome. Final checking for the type of quality on contractors work from foundation, casting of PC U Beams , Post and Pre-Tensioning works ,PC U Beams  erection, Casting and installation of all  Barriers , Installation of Rebar’s and casting of all structures  and all installation works at site assignments. Review, check and approve post-tensioning site protocol sheets

·        Responsible to organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC programs as per the Company Quality Policy.

·        Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals/documents with the Project team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        To arrange Inspection for cube crushing for 7 & 28 days with client representative through third party Lab. Also performing following duties.

·        To supervise Field density Tests with the Third-party lab (Gulf Inspection International) for backfilling and paving.

·        To conduct inspection of roads paving & civil structures as per the specified contract specifications.

·        To Control of quality control documents as per company management system policy.

·        To check & control quality of the concrete at the time of pre pouring, pouring & post pouring.

·        Collection of samples from the site to perform tests by the third party approved lab.

·        To Conducting Inspection for the assigned Project both vertical and horizontal construction as per approved plans, program of works and specification.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Conducting Inspection and quality control and workmanship to the assigned Project both vertical and horizontal construction as per approved plans, program of works and specification.
